If you like a game with lots of pop ups & freezing then this is the game for you. Ive been playing it for over a year and it hasnt got any better. Wish I never paid for anything on it.

Ive played this game for a year or so because I wanted a game like Diablo 3 on a mobile device. While this generally delivers on that with some added extras, the game has become really, really bad lately. 1. There are CONSTANT connection issues which require multiple app restarts and can often cost you rewards. This happens across multiple platforms and networks, so its on their end. 2. There is NO response to support requests, so when items go missing, there are accidental purchases, bug reports, etc., you are basically sending those straight to their trash folder. 3. There is an ever-increasing pit of in-app purchases that really turn this into a pay-to-win-type game and that is what will ultimately kill any actual chance this game has. Also, anything for which you try to legitimately farm ultimately yields such low success rates on opening rewards that you are then not rewarded for your time, further trying to incentivize you to buy items via IAP. 4. Even the combat system is pathetic because of lag spikes, random one-shots that leave your corpse running around while the game (and you) try to figure out what the hell just happened, a fairly constant bug where you use one of your revives just for your corpse to never stand up, so you cant attack but things can kill you again, etc. The pathing in this game is atrocious and will get you killed more often than youd expect. It was a nice idea, but I really just cant recommend it even if you didnt make any in-app purchases because the core of the game is so flawed and the company clearly doesnt care about its customers.

A good version of a top of the line competitor

This game is a solid game, when it works. In the last couple of months, every time you log in and perform one thing it subsequently kicks you out and then you have to log in again... and then you get kicked out, again. I am almost certain there is a conspiracy that if you dont spend money to buy coins or gems that they have an algorithm to kick you out. Im pretty sure thats not the case BUT is a possibility. At this point, Ive concluded that they either disregard all the complaints and just dont care, a conspiracy or simply incompetent.

I absolutely love the game...but the bugs are nearly impossible to overcome. Some days I cant even log in making it even harder to get those critical gear pieces in the events. Then when you do get logged in and complete a task you come back to the town and the game freezes. You log back in frantically only to find its gone and youve lost coins/gold/fury/etc. in whatever event you paid to complete. I believe its because the game gives you a "great deal" pop up that has an "are you sure" menu after, opens all chat and deal menus on the side, and causes the game to crash. The "great deals" are a joke. 17,999 gems for a complete gear set thats not even max at 70% off is insane. Its $100 for 13,000 gems! The good thing about the game and the only reason I keep it is because it really is fun. Its a great game with tons of depth but no customer support nor bug updates destroys the game.

I loved this game. I have payed close to $200.00 to buy gems I loved this game so much. I never pay to play any game, just shows how much I loved playing the game. Now I feel like I wasted all that money because I cant even log on. If by some miracle I get to log on it kicks me off instantly. If it cant be fixed I would like my money back. Customer support is nonexistent. Apple please do something or credit my account.

The game play was good when I first started playing earlier this year. Unfortunately during one of the February updates something was broke and the game became very buggy. The developers apparently are not listening to the game reviews that are being posted here because it is been well over two months and nothing has been done to fix the problem. As of today April 8, I am done with his game. I still have friends that play, and if they tell me things are fixed, I will come back. I am not just one of the players who was playing the free game only. I spent money purchasing items. However it is not worth spending money for a game that wont let you collect items that you should be receiving.

The game takes several attempts to load properly, youre inundated with ads every time you play, and some of the ads dont even give you what you pay for. Tried contacting support and they said theres nothing they can do. Complete waste of money and time. Shame because the game has so much potential.

This game seems cool to play but it wont even load I cant even start the game on my iPhone if you fix it maybe I cant start it and actually play it and rate it would give it more stars you guys can do a lot better but so far great game

The latest upgrade makes the game freeze up randomly on iOS. Also, pop-ups and game design are FAR worse on iOS and iOS has a much smaller screen size compared to the browser version. In short - if you decide to play this, only do it in a browser/pc.. The devs and support dont really care about iOS players.

As with most f2p games, there is app story purchases. But this game is one of the more greedier games there is. The cost for diamonds and the amount needed to actually do anything with them is high. I dont mind putting 5 bucks here or there, but in this game 5 bucks gets u, almost nothing. The good news is its not needed. Most of the arena fights are pve type of contests so u dont get whooped in 1 hit and hate trying again. The costs are high, probably to entice cashers to spend but u can easily have tons of fun without. With the event and heroic dungeon rotations, u always feel like u can up grade. But if u plan to be close to the top then plan to spend more than u ever have had to. All in all, its a pretty good dungeon crawler that ull come back to time and time again.

This game is awesome and customer support was also great. Lately game is still an awesome game but issues of freezing has come up and rewards have been lost do to this. I have reported this issue for months with no reply. I absolutely love the gameplay but if this lack of support continues. I feel I will have to stop play as well as notify Apple of this lack of support.

Love this game....thought the glitches were bad but now wont even load....please fix

Uh mmm I downloaded the update and I lost a ton of game progress. I got dropped 25 levels.

Very fun and addicting loving it
